Darren Palmer
A graduate of UNM in 2015 with a degree in Entrepreneurial Studies, he helped take a struggling safe ride service known as the Party Trolley and helped transform it into a viable business. He then began bartending, and years later with the help of an idea from his friend Luisa, came up with the idea for Casa Cocktails.
Ryan McGinnis
Previously a high school teacher, ryan Earned his BS Degree in Multimedia Journalism from The University of New Mexico in 2014. Upon graduation, He moved to Prague, Czech Republic to teach English while traveling Europe. He met his soon-to-be wife Luisa, they have two beautiful boys _ Andrew and Julian, and hope to one day take the business to COlombia.
