Frequently Asked Questions

Where is casa cocktails located?

Our headquarters is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

We offer Mobile Bartending and special event services to New Mexico as well as parts of Arizona and Colorado.

Where do you ship?

our home base is the U.S. and most of our customers reside here. however, we are able to ship our cocktail kits worldwide.

(International shipping may incur an additional charge.)

I want to book a virtual or in person happy hour, what do I need to do?

It’s easy! Simply fill out the contact form, let us know what type of event you’re looking to host, and we’ll go from there! we’ll work with you to curate a menu for your guests, (usually 3 different cocktails), to make sure to account for any special allergy or flavor considerations you or other participants may have!

If we are shipping to multiple locations, we will ask each of the participants fill out a quick form with their group id number (provided to the host), email, delivery address, and a payment option (if applicable).

Boxes will then be shipped, a link will be sent by email for the virtual meet space, and get ready to have some fun on the day of your class!

How much does a class cost?

our virtual and in person happy hours vary based on number of participants and type of drinks that you wish to make, email us for more information!

Corporate and large party rates are available for >20 individuals.

How far ahead do I need to book an event/class?

we recommend reaching out to us at least two (2) weeks in advance of your event to make sure that we have ample time to craft your menu and allow everyone to send us their shipping information for a timely delivery ahead of your scheduled class.

need to host an event sooner?

We’ll do our best! in many of these instances, we will still be able to fulfill your needs, however we may request a single drop off location for all class kits instead of delivering to multiple locations, and your participants can arrange pick up from that point. (additional charges may also apply).

do your kits contain alcohol?

currently, our kits do not contain alcohol. which means you are free to pick your favorite spirit brand to enjoy with your kits. These kits can be shipped worldwide without the alcohol.

is this safe with coronavirus?

all of our employees have been trained in covid-19 safe serve practices. all products are packed by employees using appropriate safety equipment.

Do you have to be 21 to participate?

Yes. Although our kits do not currently contain alcohol or spirits, we ask that participants be 21 years of age or older as our instructional classes taught will both involve and revolve around the responsible use of alcohol.

what do I need to bring?

the only things you will need to supply are

-Ice: (plenty of it! we recommend a 10lb bag if you don’t have an ice maker.)

-glassware: we provide you with a pint glass for shaking that also can serve as a drinking glass, however we recommend having other glasses to pour your final product into. it makes your drink fun and unique!

-a plate or napkins: this will be used to pour your rimming salt or sugar onto so you have a surface to roll your glass on if it is so required for your drink(s)!

I broke my pint glass in my shaker, now what?

we understand these things happen! trust me all of us have done it behind a bar before, and we had a lot more eyes staring back at us! the good news is, if you do have an accident with your pint glass during a virtual class, just make note of it with your instructor when it happens, and we will send you a new glass, and the ingredients needed to recreate the drink that was ruined.

Obviously, we have to state that if you do break a glass, absolutely under no circumstances do you drink the contents of the shaker!! dump everything into the trash, and safely and carefully make sure to clean up any remaining glass in your workstation before continuing!!

Casa cocktails and it’s instructors and employees assume no responsibility for any and all accidents injuries, or other incidents that may occur with the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
