Bring Your Own Beverages (BYOB)

Build your own package - you supply everything (all items for the bar which include but are not limited to; garnishes, napkins, straws, cups and ice, as well as all the liquor, beer, sodas, etc.) and we supply a bartender (4 hrs included) with tools to work with what you have.

Bartenders:

$70/hour per bartender** (4 hour minimum, 1 bartender: 75 guest maximum per bartender, consultation is NOT included)

Mobile Bar Rentals:

We have mobile bars available to rent if you do not have a feasible bar already. (5 options)

Alcohol and supplies:

(A consultation is included with the addition of our concierge service)

alcohol, consumables, and non-bartending tools and supplies (ice, cups, straws, napkins, etc.) are up to you to gather, and bring those things on the day of the event.

we can arrange for pick up on our end of all necessary supplies for a 20% service fee on the cost of any alcohol or consumables.

Set-up Fee:

If you choose a BYOB, a $50 set up/break down fee will be applied. We will collect and clean during and after the event, but do not offer trash or garbage removal, and on-site disposal is required.

Ice

16lb bags for $6 each

Specialty clear ice option (whiskey cubes, large rounds, collins spheres) for $.75 each. We will help determine a proper amount of ice during consultation.

Glassware

stemless Champagne Flutes, stemless Wine, pint, rocks, stemless martini, and highball Glasses available for $0.75/each
